You will need a valid email address and a Philippine mobile number — a one-time password (OTP) will be sent to your number for verification. The whole process takes under three minutes. Once your account is verified, you can log in, make your first deposit, and start playing immediately.

You must be 21 years old or older to register and play on phtaa. This is a firm, non-negotiable requirement aligned with Philippine gaming regulations. Age verification is part of the registration process. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be suspended immediately and any balance returned in accordance with our terms.

No. Each player is allowed exactly one phtaa account. Creating duplicate accounts is a violation of our Terms & Conditions and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts. If you have forgotten your login details, use the password reset function on the login page rather than creating a new account.

Go to the login page and click "Forgot Password." Enter the email address linked to your phtaa account and we will send you a password reset link. The link expires after 30 minutes for security reasons. If you do not receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder. Make sure to use a strong, unique password when resetting.

Some changes — particularly those affecting your registered name or identity documents — may require additional verification to protect your account from unauthorised changes.

phtaa accepts the following Philippine payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). We do not currently accept cryptocurrency or international payment methods. Check your account dashboard for the most current list of available options.

GCash and PayMaya deposits typically reflect in your phtaa wallet within seconds to a few minutes. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take slightly longer depending on the bank's processing schedule and the time of day. If your deposit has not reflected after 30 minutes, check your transaction history in the cashier section before contacting support.

Log in to your phtaa account, go to the Cashier section, and select Withdraw. Choose your preferred method — GCash, PayMaya, or your registered bank account — enter the amount, and confirm. Withdrawals are sent to the same payment method you used to deposit. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are generally the fastest. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at checkout.

phtaa does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider (GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may apply their own transaction fees depending on your account type and the transfer method used. Always check with your payment provider for their current fee schedule.

Withdrawal requests can be declined for several reasons: the requested amount is below the minimum threshold, your account identity verification is incomplete, there is an active bonus wagering requirement that has not been met, or the payment details on file do not match your registered account information. Review the notification in your account dashboard for the specific reason and follow the instructions provided.
