These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the phtaa online gaming platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any real-money wagers. By creating a phtaa account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.
Effective Date: 1 January 2026You must be 21 years of age or older and a resident of the Philippines to register and play on phtaa.
All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). GCash and PayMaya withdrawals typically complete within 15 minutes.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
By accessing the phtaa Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all use of the phtaa Platform, including browsing, registration, deposits, gameplay, withdrawals, and any interaction with phtaa's customer support team.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with phtaa's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and form part of the overall agreement between you and phtaa.
If you are accessing the phtaa Platform on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms, and that person also meets all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.
To register and use the phtaa Platform for Real-Money Play, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:
To access Real-Money Play on phtaa, you must create a registered Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, a valid email address, and a mobile number registered in the Philippines.
You are permitted to hold only one Account on the phtaa Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If phtaa identifies multiple Accounts held by the same individual, all Accounts may be suspended, balances may be frozen pending investigation, and any winnings generated across duplicate Accounts may be forfeited.
As part of the KYC process, phtaa will require you to submit documentary proof of identity and age before your Account is approved for Real-Money Play. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID such as a Philippine Passport, SSS ID, UMID, PhilHealth ID, Voter's ID, or Driver's License. phtaa reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.
You agree to promptly notify phtaa of any changes to your registered information by contacting customer support. phtaa is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate and current account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phtaa Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or allow any other person to access your Account.
phtaa will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from phtaa that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to phtaa support immediately.
You must notify phtaa immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. phtaa will take reasonable steps to secure your Account upon receiving such notification, but is not liable for any losses incurred prior to notification.
phtaa recommends that you use a strong, unique password for your Account and enable any two-factor authentication options made available on the Platform. You agree to log out of your Account at the end of each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
All deposits on the phtaa Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. phtaa does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
phtaa accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at phtaa's discretion. All payment methods available at the time of your deposit will be displayed in your Account's deposit section.
Deposits are credited to your phtaa Wallet in real time for GCash and PayMaya transactions. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon confirmation of receipt, which typically occurs within standard banking hours. phtaa is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider or financial institution.
You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are strictly prohibited. phtaa reserves the right to return deposits made from third-party accounts and to suspend the associated Player Account pending investigation.
Players may request withdrawals of their available Wallet balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible.
Before any withdrawal is processed, phtaa requires that the Player's KYC verification is complete and that the Player's identity has been confirmed to phtaa's satisfaction. Withdrawal requests submitted by Players who have not completed KYC verification will be held pending completion of the verification process.
GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within the same banking day if the withdrawal request is approved before 3:00 PM Philippine Standard Time on a banking day, or on the next banking day otherwise.
phtaa reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for withdrawals above ₱50,000 or where unusual account activity has been detected. Such checks may extend the processing time. phtaa will notify the Player if additional verification is required.
Withdrawal requests may be declined or reversed if phtaa has reasonable grounds to believe that the funds are the proceeds of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or any other breach of these Terms. In such cases, phtaa will notify the Player and may freeze the Account pending investigation.
phtaa may from time to time offer bonuses, promotions, free play credits, and other incentives to Players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between the specific bonus terms and these general Terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific bonus terms, the following general conditions apply to all phtaa bonuses:
All games available on the phtaa Platform operate using certified RNG technology. Game outcomes are determined randomly and independently for each round. The RTP figures published on each game's information page represent the theoretical long-run return and are accurate to the best of phtaa's knowledge based on independent certification.
Each game on the phtaa Platform has its own specific rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of each game before placing real-money wagers. phtaa is not liable for losses arising from a Player's misunderstanding of game rules.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, phtaa's system logs will be used to determine the outcome of the affected round. If a definitive outcome cannot be determined from system logs, the wager for the affected round will be returned to the Player's Wallet. phtaa's decision in such matters is final.
Players must not use any software, tool, script, bot, or automated system to interact with phtaa games. The use of any such tool constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phtaa Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

All content on the phtaa Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, user interface designs, and data compilations, is the property of phtaa or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phtaa Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the phtaa Platform without phtaa's prior written consent.
The phtaa name, logo, and all associated brand elements are trademarks of phtaa. You may not use any phtaa trademark without phtaa's prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phtaa's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the phtaa Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phtaa Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phtaa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the phtaa Platform, even if phtaa has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
phtaa does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. phtaa will use reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes phtaa's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
phtaa reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if phtaa has reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
Upon termination of your Account for breach of these Terms, any balance in your Wallet may be forfeited if the breach involved fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or any other conduct that caused financial harm to phtaa or other Players. In all other cases, your available Wallet balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting phtaa customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any available Wallet balance will be returned to you following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and subject to any applicable withdrawal conditions.
phtaa may also suspend your Account temporarily for security purposes, including where unusual account activity is detected or where phtaa is required to conduct additional verification checks. phtaa will notify you of any such suspension and the steps required to restore access.
If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your use of the phtaa Platform, you should first contact phtaa customer support via live chat or email. phtaa's support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and will endeavour to resolve it within 5 business days.
If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the customer support process, you may escalate the matter by submitting a formal written complaint to phtaa's compliance team at the email address provided in Section 18. Formal complaints will be reviewed and responded to within 10 business days.
In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through phtaa's internal complaints process, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before initiating any formal legal proceedings. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines in accordance with Section 17.
phtaa's decisions on matters relating to game outcomes, technical malfunctions, and bonus eligibility are final, subject to the complaints process described in this section.
phtaa reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made to these Terms, phtaa will notify registered Players via email to their registered email address and/or via a prominent notice on the phtaa Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory authority.
The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the phtaa Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must stop using the phtaa Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 14.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
You irrevocably agree that the courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phtaa Platform.
phtaa operates in alignment with applicable Philippine regulations governing online gaming. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the phtaa Platform complies with all laws applicable to them in their jurisdiction.
